Warranty

Our warranty is valid for and only applies to Oru Design USA’s campers purchased and used inside the United States.  This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only.  It does not extend to any subsequent owners or other transfer of the camper.  The warranty period is one (1) year from original purchase date. 

 

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects (i.e. defects in materials, workmanship, general structural integrity of the camper.)  Any material or structural modifications or additions made to said camper by you or anyone that is not a Oru Design USA associate will immediately void the aforementioned warranty.

This warranty excludes any damage due to the following:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, or negligence

• The authorization modification or repair of parts, products or devices not manufactured by Oru Designs USA, LLC (you must contact the manufacturer to have any service, repair, or warranty work done)

• Environmental conditions

• Normal deterioration, fading, or discoloration of any materials

 

It is very important to check each clamp periodically to ensure the proper tension is applied and to ensure no damage is done to your truck or camper.  If clamps are not properly adjusted and secured, Oru Designs USA, LLC assumes no liability in potential damage to your truck or camper.
