Our warranty is valid for Oru Design USA’s campers purchased and used within the United States. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners or transfers of ownership. The warranty period is one (1) year from the original purchase date.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, including defects in materials, workmanship, and the general structural integrity of the camper. Any modifications, additions, or alterations to the camper made by you or anyone who is not an authorized Oru Design USA representative will immediately void this warranty.
 

Exclusions

This warranty excludes damage resulting from the following:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs involving parts, products, or devices not manufactured by Oru Design USA, LLC. (For such repairs, please contact the manufacturer directly.)
• Environmental conditions
• Normal deterioration, fading, or discoloration of materials
• Taking your camper through a car wash does not count as normal wear and tear and voids the warranty.

Repair Options

We offer two options for repairs:

In-Shop Repairs: We encourage customers to bring their campers to our shop in San Marcos, CA, for warranty repairs.

Shipping for Repairs: If visiting our shop is not feasible, we can discuss shipping the necessary materials for warranty repairs.
 

Return Freight & Customer Responsibility

Once the warranty claim is reviewed and approved, the purchaser will be contacted to arrange an appointment for repairs. The customer will be responsible for the return freight's arrangement, cost, and liability. Upon completion of repairs or replacements, the customer will be responsible for the cost and arrangements for either shipping or picking up the camper from our San Marcos location.
 

It is important to periodically check each clamp to ensure the proper tension is applied and no damage is done to your truck or camper. If clamps are not properly adjusted and secured, Oru Design USA, LLC assumes no liability for any potential damage to your truck or camper.
 

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

For out-of-warranty repairs, assistance, or resolution will be provided at our discretion. While we cannot guarantee coverage, we are happy to review the situation and explore possible options. Please provide all relevant details, and we will do our best to assist in finding a suitable solution.
